I was born in Kearney, Nebraska - but lived most of my life in Fayetteville, Arkansas. After high school I attended Middlebury College in Vermont, and later moved to Starkville, Mississippi after meeting my husband Steve.
Steve and I share a passion for photography. We are the proud parents of 2 sons, Thomas & Clay.
This website is a way to share both personal and professional accomplishments. Although I work full-time as a Registered Nurse, I still make time to do portraits as much as possible.
My photography is a blend of traditional, journalistic, and fine-art styles. I use both film and digital equipment, depending on the situation. My specialties include weddings, child portraits, and events. I realize that some of the best portraits happen naturally and spontaneously, especially when working with children.
Our studio is located in Starkville, Mississippi - although I am available for travel anywhere the United States & worldwide.
